All fees paid for KapEX Cloud services are non-refundable except in specific cases outlined below.

2. Free Trial Period

During the 14-day free trial, no charges are applied. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends—no refund is necessary as no payment has been processed.

Contact support@kapexcloud.com with your account details, order/invoice number, and reason for the request. We will review requests within 5 business days.

5. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Exceptions

No refunds for partial months, unused storage/database resources, or after 30 days of service usage unless required by applicable law.
