Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are entered into by and between INMEDIA DIGITAL AGENCY LLC (doing business as “KapEX Cloud”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the KapEX Cloud service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

KapEX Cloud provides managed cloud infrastructure and enterprise support services, including automated deployments, real-time monitoring, advanced security, AI/LLM integration, DevOps for distributed systems, proprietary automation, and incident management. These services involve both automated systems and direct involvement of our team of industry specialists.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate information.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities or to violate third-party rights.

5. Payments

All payments are processed through Paddle and are subject to Paddle’s terms. Fees are non-refundable except as provided in Paddle’s refund policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms or non-payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KapEX Cloud shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
