By accessing or using KapEX Cloud services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
KapEX Cloud provides enterprise-grade cloud storage and managed database infrastructure, including scalable object storage and managed PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle Enterprise Edition databases.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
You agree to pay all fees according to the pricing plan selected. All fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in our Refund Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KapEX Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
